Project Description of the FD-5 Freeze Dryer
The model of this freeze dryer is FD-5, with a drying area of 5 square meters. In the core components of the equipment, the compressor uses a Hangzhou Bitzer 7-horsepower model with a power of 5 kilowatts; the vacuum pump is a 60C model with a power of 2.2 kilowatts; the circulation pump has a power of 0.75 kilowatts. Its heating method is also electric, transferring heat through purified (softened) water, with 2 heating tubes, each with a power of 6 kilowatts. In terms of performance indicators, the equipment can reach an ultimate vacuum of below 15 Pascals, the cold trap's minimum temperature is no higher than minus 45 degrees Celsius, and the maximum water capture capacity is 50 kilograms. The temperature adjustment range of the heated shelves is from ambient temperature to 100 degrees Celsius; the material is 6063 aluminum alloy, with 7 standard layers plus 1 compensation layer. The size of each material tray is 850 * 430 * 35 millimeters, with a total of 14 trays. The main unit of the electrical control system also adopts Taiwan Weintek PLC and touch screen. The main machine is made of 304 stainless steel, with dimensions of 2300 * 1400 * 2200 millimeters and a weight of about 1000 kilograms, with a total installed power of 20 kilowatts. This equipment also uses integrated transportation and installation.
