1.Sterilization principle: Continuous dry steam sterilization, pure physical sterilization, in compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP international standards

2. Sterilization efficiency: Microbial killing rate ≥ 99.999%, processing time reduced by 50% -80% compared to traditional batch methods

3. Sterilization parameters: adjustable from 121 ℃/2bar/20min or 134 ℃/3bar/5min

4. Material of the cavity: Made of duplex stainless steel 2205, which is more corrosion-resistant and has higher strength than 316L. The yield strength of 2205 is ≥ 450 MPa, which is more than twice that of 316L (≈ 205 MPa); Corrosion resistance: The PREN (pitting resistance equivalent) of 2205 is approximately 35-40, much higher than 316L (approximately 24-28)

5. Chamber volume: 200-6800L (customizable)

6. Temperature control system: 4 sets of PT100 temperature probes, precise temperature control ± 0.1 ℃

7. Door configuration: automatic sliding door/semi-automatic hinged door, single/double door optional

8. Safety configuration: automatic overpressure relief, low water level anti dry burning, automatic shutdown in case of malfunction

9. Data recording: Supports full traceability of sterilization process, in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 specifications
