This is the fifth time our company has participated in the Shanghai PROPAK exhibition. Compared to last year, our booth is relatively small and the location is slightly off center. However, we have many visiting customers, mostly from Russia and Southeast Asia. What's rare is that most Russian customers can speak Chinese or English because most of the Russian visitors who come online only speak Russian.
The last time I came to Shanghai Propak was 11 years ago, when I was in another company. In the blink of an eye, it was my 8th year at Zhonggong. From a beginner to facing the needs of customers from different countries alone, I responded to them with an increasingly professional attitude and knowledge. This year's exhibition encountered several guests from Malaysia, and we discussed the issue of egg sterilization. Because we have conducted many experiments on egg sterilization, no matter how high the temperature is, the yolk will turn gray after sterilization. Coincidentally, the customer is also aware of this problem and has a headache that cannot be solved. Then we remembered the soft boiled egg production line of the Singaporean customer. The sterilized eggs are as bright and beautiful as before, and the yolk color remains bright yellow. After showing the photos to the customer, they were very interested. However, due to the large number of visitors at the exhibition, they did not have time to provide more explanations. However, on the second and third day of the exhibition, the customer was very interested in our proposal on the first day when they visited again, so they went back to discuss the details. The final comment given by the customer is worth the trip. These four words become a driving force, promoting is not just about recommending products, but guiding customers to find the most suitable equipment for them.
It's great to have the guests' emotions from the inside out when taking a photo and encountering this proposal. There is a lot of confusion on the road to sales, especially when orders are not abundant enough. However, when customers encounter problems, being able to provide timely assistance and solutions is more fulfilling than placing orders.
