Fully automatic spray-type conditioning and sterilization tank

Optional accessories:

A. Automatic door.

B. Entry/exit cage.

C. Flow meter.

D. Soft water tank.

Equipment Features
A. Indirect heating and indirect cooling. The cooling water does not come into contact with the process water, avoiding secondary contamination of food and eliminating the need for water treatment chemicals. High-temperature short-time sterilization.
B. Reduces steam consumption. Steam and the sterilization water in a mist form are directly thermally mixed within the sterilization tank, increasing the speed of temperature rise and drop.
C. A small amount of process water is rapidly circulated to quickly reach the predetermined sterilization temperature.
D. Water is sprayed from different angles, and steam, air, and water mix for convection, creating a perfect temperature distribution.
E. Low noise, creating a quiet and comfortable working environment.
F. The tank is equipped with four movable temperature sensing probes, allowing for real-time monitoring of the F value at the center of the food, the thermal distribution inside the tank, and the heat penetration.
G. Perfect pressure control. The pressure throughout the production process is constantly adjusted to adapt to changes in the internal pressure of product packaging, especially suitable for products with gas packaging.
H. A process water preheating system (optional) ensures continuous heating process for temperature- and heat-filled products.

I. Sterilization water uses softened water (optional) to avoid water quality issues in the process water that could cause contamination on the outer packaging.
