The one-and-two-water immersion sterilization retort is an efficient food processing equipment. It uses a centralized hot water system to connect two separate sterilization pots simultaneously, enabling them to work alternately or synchronously, thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency.

Work Method:
Hot water circulation type: The food inside the pot is completely immersed in the circulating hot water, ensuring uniform heating.
Sprinkling type (spraying type): Hot water is sprayed onto the surface of the food through nozzles, resulting in rapid heating and cooling. This type is particularly suitable for soft packaging.
✅ Improve efficiency: The two sterilization ovens can work alternately. The processes of loading the pots, heating up, sterilization, and cooling are seamlessly connected, reducing equipment idleness and increasing production capacity. .
✅ Energy conservation: The hot water after sterilization can be recycled into the hot water tank and used for preheating the next pot, significantly reducing the energy consumption required for heating.
✅ Precise temperature control: Automated control is achieved through PLC and touch screen, resulting in minimal temperature fluctuations (approximately ±0.3℃) and uniform heat distribution, effectively ensuring product quality. .
